V-Rock is a radio station that broadcasts in Vice City. Everybody who has ever played a GTA game knows Lazlow. Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories was Lazlow's first appearance on the GTA timeline, but certainly not his first in GTA. Vice City, being set in the 1980s, see's Lazlow as an up-and-not-so-coming host with V-Rock's Cousin Ed has taken Lazlow in as his apprentice and attempts to teach him the ways of rock and radio.
