Under Surveillance is a mission for Asuka Kasen II.
- Objective: Timed mission to take out all the surveillance.
- Brief Summary: Locate the three lookouts and take them out. You have six and a half minutes to get this done.
- Reward: $15,000 and unlock missions for Kenji Kasen.
- Note: Be sure not to cross the bridge! The Mafia up there will shoot you to death. Use the tunnels instead.
