The Pickup is a Toni Cipriani mission in Grand Theft Auto III.

Objective: The Launderette has agreed to pay up and the money is in a case behind the store. Go pick it up and bring it back to Toni.
Brief Summary: When you go to pick up the money six triads ambush you coming from all sides. Take them all out and get the money back to Toni.
Reward: $10'000
Note: Doing this mission will make the Triads hostile to you, so you may want to complete any other side missions, hidden package hunting, etc.. - especially things in Chinatown, before doing it. Triads are more of a annoyance than a threat, they are only armed with pistols and bats.
