The Meat Business is a Mafia and Ken Rosenberg mission.

Objetcive: Bring Ken Rosenburg to a meeting.
Summary: After a cut scene, CJ and Ken are set upon by waves and waves of angry mafia members. Take your time and pick them off a little at a time, taking advantage of any cover you can get. Ken will handle extinguishing fires for you, so just worry about the gunmen. Get Ken back to Caligula's.
Reward: Respect level increases and $8,000. Completion of this mission will unlock the Madd Dogg mission.
