Spank is a new street drug that appears in Grand Theft Auto III. Dealt mainly in the game by the Colombian Cartel, it is later dealt by other gangs such as the Yardies.
[edit] Story Contributions
Most missions that have to do with the drug in the game involve Claude Speed killing dealers of the drug. There is one mission however, where King Courtney sells him out to Catalina who then sends mad Spank addicts to kill him. To complete the mission, you must destroy the vans that spawn the mad killers.
