The Sindacco Crime Family are the main rivals to the Leone Family Mafia in all sorts of Mafia work. The Sindacco Family is headed (leaded or controlled) by Pauly Sindacco (who you is killed in GTA LCS).

In Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, C.J finds Johnny Sindacco near The Four Dragons Casino and ties him to his car. Later, when Johnny sees Carl, he suffers a heart attack and dies.[1]
[edit] Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories
The Sindacco Family is found in Staunton Island and Portland Island. The Forellis try and help the Sindaccos take over the town. The Sindacco family suffered a major blow in Liberty City Stories when Tony Cipriani steals a Sindacco car and rig it with a bomb with 8-Ball's help. He parked it at the Sindacco casino, the Doll's House, and blew it up when he was a safe distance away.
