Photo Opporunity is a CJ and Cesar Vialpando mission.

Objetcive: Take photographs of everyone who meets up in Angel Pine from a vantage point.
Summary: Cesar tells CJ that somethings going down in Angel Pine and that they should head over to check it out. Once you get there you need to get a good vantage point to take pictures of everyone who meets up. Once you've done that CJ and Cesar head to the gas station to try and work things out and the mission ends.
Reward: Respect level increases and a camera.
