The Perestroika is one of the two theatres in Grand Theft Auto IV. The Perestroika is owned by the Russian mob, it's owner being Mikhail Faustin. Niko Bellic can visit the theatre with his friends, or on his own. The Perestroika hosts acts of magic, song perfomances by Ms Bluesy Jones and juggling acts by Catch.

  • When Niko kills Mikhail Faustin, the battle commences in and around the Prestroika.
  • There is a Flying rat on top of the Prestroika.
