Ken Rosenberg is introduced in the first scene of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. He is the lawyer of Tommy Vercetti. He is the driver for the drug deal that takes place in the first scene of the game, and he, Tommy, and Lance Vance are the only ones who survive after the deal is busted. Ken offers Tommy his first set of missions, which consist mainly of trying to sort out the mess they have gotten themselves in to.

Ken appears only in cutscenes, but makes many appearances throughout the game. Most notably, are his appearances in Vercetti Estate and in the missions for the Malibu Club bank robbery. Ken Rosenberg is also a returning character in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, as an older, thinning man fresh out of rehab.
