Greasy Joe's Cafe is located in Portland, on the first island of three in Grand Theft Auto 3 and in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories it is located in Chinatown. Two missions take place there. One in GTA 3 is Dead Skunk in the Trunk. And one other in Liberty City Stories when Maria and Tony drive there to get her medicine and they are blindsided by Wayne's motorcycle gang. In Grand Theft Auto III, a police car is usually parked out the front.
