Plot

Luis Lopez is Tony Prince's business partner and head bodyguard. Throughout the story, Luis must help out a very rich man, Tony and Ray Bulgarin. More on what happened to the Diamonds appear, even showing who recieved them at the end.
Luis helps out the Russian Rodislav Bulgarin, but he betrays Luis and threatens the lives of both Tony and Luis. Eventually, after chasing his plane, Bulgarin is killed on it.

Known features

The Ballad of Gay Tony is the last downloadable game exclusive for the Xbox 360. It features Luis Lopez as the playable protagonist and also features Gay Tony as a major character. Like The Lost and Damned, it adds extra features, such as enterable buildings, cars, more achievements and weapons.
This game will be released on disc with The Lost and Damned and will not need Grand Theft Auto IV to play.
Some of the features added include flying a new helicopter that includes rocket launchers, a subway car being stolen by a large helicopter, the destruction of the large crane in Algonquin, climbing Rotterdam Tower and basejumping. ^[1]

History

The playable protagonist, Luis Lopez has been speculated to be the protagonist of this game by several sources. The most notable of the hints include the achievement Impossible Trinity, which feature the three protagonists in the mission Museum Piece and the three only appear together in that mission.
