In this mission you basically have to prevent a plane from landing. First, get the bike and go to the airport. Then go and get the plane that they are telling you to. Fly towards the direction of the incoming plane and climb high. Higher than the plane that you have to prevent from entering Las Venturas. Once you see the plane after flying out for a period of time, try and enter the corona from the front, but if not, just make that 180 degree turn and dive down after turning. The other plane has 2 jets, but your plane only has a propeller so diving down gets you the speed that you need to catch up with the plane.
