Elizabeta Torres is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto IV. She is a drug-dealer operating from Bohan in Liberty City. An LCPD crackdown on narcotics rings, plus her own drug addiction leads to her becoming increasingly paranoid. She meets Niko Bellic after he moves to Bohan, and offers him work. She introduces Niko Bellic to Patrick McReary in the mission, "Luck Of The Irish".

Elizabeta is approached by Manny Escuela whilst he is trying to film his crime documentary in the mission, "Have a Heart". She is in a panicked state about the LCPD closing in on her operation. As Manny tries to film her, she shoots and kills him and his cameraman. She has Niko dispose of the bodies.

Soon after, Niko recieves a call from Elizabeta, telling him she's cutting off their relationship due to the police crackdown. Reports on the radio and news websites inform the player that Elizabeta was arrested and charged with 30 cocaine distribution offenses. She is sentenced to 300 years imprisonment.
