Eddie Pulaski is one of the members of C.R.A.S.H, henchmen to Frank Tenpenny and therefore one of the supporting antagonists. He is the more trigger-happy member of the group over the others. He is frequently seen with Frank and Jimmy when Frank is giving his latest mission to Carl Johnson. Eddie takes part with Frank to call Jimmy names because of his Mexican heritage.

Eddie's most prominently seen in the mission High Noon. Carl is rung by C.R.A.S.H and is told to go to the desert. C.R.A.S.H then meets Carl (in their police car) at an abandoned town and is told to start digging graves. Jimmy, the latest recruit, has betrayed C.R.A.S.H to the authorities. Frank and Eddie are aware of it, and that is why Carl was in the desert digging graves, for Jimmy and for himself. Jimmy is then hit on the head by a shovel and knocked unconscious. While Carl continues, Jimmy awakes and distracts Eddie long enough for Carl to escape. Unfortunately for Jimmy, he is killed by Eddie's gun. Carl, now free, decides to kill the second member as well, Eddie. A high speed chase occurs, and Eddie is eventually stopped by Carl. Eddie, now starting to say obscene things about Kendl (Carl's sister) and Carl's mother, is then asked by Carl for any last words. Eddie, unforgivable to the end, asks to have sex with Kendl. Carl, disgusted and outraged, finally kills Eddie.

Eddie is also mentioned in the riot strand, when a reporter notes that Eddie has disappeared and hasn't gone to court on several counts, including corruption.
