Decoy is a Donald Love mission in Grand Theft Auto III.

Objective: SWAT teams have surround the Oriental Gentleman in the AMCO building. Love wants you to go drive another empty Securicar away from the building and lead the police on a wild goose chase allowing the Gentleman to escape.
Brief Summary: This is a timer mission, but this time you have to outlast the time, not do anything before time runs out. You will get six stars so avoid the tanks! Basically drive around and try to avoid getting hit too much until time runs out.
Reward: $35,000
