[edit] Description

The Columbian Cartel is a gang that appears in Grand Theft Auto III and in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. The main antagonist in III, Catalina, is the leader of the gang along with her co-leader and thought-to-be current boyfriend, Miguel, and deals the new street drug Spank. The Cartel are the main opposition of the game and are hated by many other gangs in Liberty City, such as the Yakuza. The Yardies seem to be the Cartel's only ally. They will shoot Claude Speed on sight.
