The Chunder Wheel is an attraction at the fairgrounds in Vice City. The ride is one of the only that is enterable and Vic can see most of Vice City from the top. By 1986, the fairgrounds and Vic's nearby safehouse have been demolished to make way for Avery Carrington's construction site.
