Bledar Morina

Bledar Morina is an Albanian loan shark harassing Roman Bellic. He is first seen threatening Roman. Niko then breaks his arm. He is next seen when Roman calls Niko and asks him to deal with Bledar's goons who are beating Roman up. Niko arrives and beats them up, before seeing Bledar running to his car. Niko and Roman chase Bledar to a building where Niko disarms him and kicks him out of a window. Niko complains to himself that he promised not to kill people in Liberty City and went home with Roman.
