8 Ball is an explosives dealer who appears in Grand Theft Auto III, he owns three explosives shops in Liberty City, San Andreas, and Vice City. 8 Ball is first met at the beginning of the game when he and Cluade escape from the police after the Colombian Cartel have blown up the securicar in which they were being transported. 8 Ball is seen to have both his hands covered in bandages, which leaves you to do the dirty work. After their first meeting, 8 Ball introduces Claude to Luigi Goterelli who will provide work for Claude.
