About Me: I first got into the GTA craze with the release of Grand Theft Auto III for the Playstation 2, which I believe was October 2001 (almost exactly one year after I got my PS2, which still works perfectly to this day). Never before had a game been done like it before, where I felt I actually had complete freedom to do what I want, when I want. Playing GTA3 for the first time gave me a feeling that I have never felt again while playing a videogame. Vice City came out, which I of course loved but I still cared for GTA3 a bit more. Maybe because it did not provide that fresh experience that it's predecessor did, and it ended up feeling pretty much the same except with a few added extras. Then San Andreas came out, which I loved more than GTA3. It brought me back to the days of when I first played GTA3, and the game was so huge that I always kept finding new and exciting things to do. The first time I discovered a parachute on top of Mount Chiliad, grabbed a bicycle, and rode off the cliff, jumping off my bike and parachuting down is one of my most memorable moments in gaming history, and I have been playing games for about 14 years now. Then Liberty City Stories came out for the PSP, which I do not own, so I am glad it was released for the Playstation 2. I have barely played it though, but you have to think of it as something in between GTA3 and Vice City, instead of a whole new exciting game. I am now hoping that Vice City Stories will also be released for the Playstation 2, so I can have something to do until October 2007, which is when the next "real" GTA game is released. I cannot wait to see what Rockstar will do with the power of the PS3 and 360!
